Micro-credentials being offered in Semester 2 of academic year 2025-26 (starting February 2026).

 

IMS 1003 - Maltese Onomastics: The Study of Surnames and Places

This study-unit explores the multifaceted dimensions of surnames and toponyms, beginning with the foundational terminology, classifications, and research methods used in surname studies, particularly in the Maltese context. This micro-credential will take place on Thursdays between 17:00 and 19:00.

Għanijiet tal-Kors:

CLA 1020  Latin for Research

Latin for Research' equips students with the basic skills and knowledge needed to read, understand, and translate documents written in Classical, Medieval, and Neo-Latin (e.g., notarial and ecclesiastical documents, as well as Latin literature).  This micro-credential will take place on Tuesdays between 17:00 and 19:00.
