Obstacle Course Race Training (W004) is an Enrichment Programme Unit for students who would like to keep fit and take part in OCR racing.

 

Learning Outcomes

By the end of this unit, students should be able to:

Further details

Students registering for this unit will have an  introductory session, four training sessions, an evaluation and progress assessment.

 

Additional benefits

May be used as part of an SOK project, subject to the approval of the SOK coordinator to supplement the remaining hours. 


Conditions

  • Registration is on a first come first served basis.
  • Students are required to provide a medical note stating that the student is fit to participate in physical training.
