  1. Title of paper
  2. Abstract (max. 150-200 words)

Papers can only be presented by their author/s or co-author/s. Papers presented at the Conference must carry a statement indicating that the authors have abided by the ethics regulations and procedures of their home institution and country and of the country in which the research was carried out, if this was different.

2. Submission of abstract for poster presentations

Participants are requested to submit in English, in single line spacing and in Calibri (10 point) the following:

  2. Abstract (max. 150-200 words)

  • Avoid mixing font styles.
  • The title of the presentation should be placed at the top of the poster in characters of at least 48 point font size.
  • Headings should range between 48 to 69 point font size.
  • All other content should be between 24 and 32 font size and preferably single spaced.
  • All images should be in colour (when possible) and permission of reproduction should be obtained.
  • Figure legends should be kept short.
  • Photographs should not be smaller than 12cm x 18 cm.

Presenters’ poster boards will be located by the Organising Committee.  Participants should set up their poster presentation the day before the conference opening date.  A pdf file of the complete poster presentation has to be sent by email by the 31 August 2020 for final approval. Confirmation of approval will be sent by email.
