We regret any inconvenience this post-ponement might cause you, but we are sure you understand that such a decision had to be taken in the best interest of everyone.

The Executive Committee of the AIMC
The above should be emailed to the Scientific Committee by not later than 30 June 2020. A notification of acceptance will be sent to the corresponding authors via email. Papers can only be presented by their author/s or co-author/s. Papers presented at the Conference must carry a statement indicating that the authors have abided by the ethics regulations and procedures of their home institution and country and of the country in which the research was carried out, if this was different.
Presenters’ poster boards will be located by the Organising Committee. Participants should set up their poster presentation the day before the conference opening date. A pdf file of the complete poster presentation has to be sent by email by the 31 August 2020 for final approval. Confirmation of approval will be sent by email.
Inclusion of paper or poster presentation in the conference programme requires registration and payment.
The AIMC gives the opportunity to participants of the Conference to publish their work in the peer reviewed journal Symposia Melitensia.
