The University of Malta, established under the Education Act (CAP. 327 Laws of Malta), is the data controller of all personal information concerning applicants and students of its Junior College. The University processes this information in accordance with all applicable data protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (Regulation (EU) 2016/679), the Data Protection Act (CAP. 586 Laws of Malta) and all subsidiary legislation thereto.
