We provide both students and staff with opportunities to foster a healthier lifestyle through ongoing initiatives and yearly activities. Our main aim is to increase awareness of the relationship between sport and physical activity, and physical and mental health.
The Sport & Leisure Unit invites you to participate in the various sports and physical activities organised by the Unit. You may choose to participate either for fun, to keep fit, to make new friends or to compete. Regular attendance entitles you to a certificate of participation. To participate download the application form.
