The 20-hour curriculum is structured into three clear phases:
- Week 1: 1 x 1 hr Introductory & Planning. Session assessment, goal setting, and programme creation.
- Weeks 2–19: 18 x 1 hr of active training. Implementation of the personalised fitness routine.
- Week 20: 1 x 1 hr Evaluation Session. Review of progress, achievements, and future planning.
Personalised Approach: Upon registration, the student will schedule a one-on-one consultation with the unit coordinator to map out a fitness plan tailored strictly to his/her personal aims and goals.
Dress Code: To ensure safety and hygiene, appropriate athletic wear and proper gym shoes are mandatory for all sessions.
Core Benefit: This unit serves as a foundational pillar for establishing long-term physical health and mental wellbeing.

This EPU may be used as an SOK project, subject to terms, conditions, and approval from your SOK project tutor.
