We have documented a set of guidelines and advice to mitigate, as much as possible, the transmission of COVID-19. As a University community, we feel that it is our responsibility that these guidelines are rigorously implemented and followed.

The document, based on guidelines issued by the Public Health Authorities, is up to date at the time of writing. Advances in the science of COVID-19 transmission, which may throw new light on the mechanisms of this viral infection, may necessitate changes to parts of the document concerning protective and mitigation measures. We will update these guidelines as and if necessary.
